Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed instructions on how to return your item.

Ship the Item: Pack the products securely in the original packaging, include the RA number, and ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Please ensure the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Refund Processed: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
